Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Personal hygiene products are not provided for short-term rentals. Our building is a multi-family residence, and neighbors live on other floors. Please be considerate and reduce noise after 10 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Please note that you may be charged for compensation if any facilities or items are damaged.

We had a good one-month stay and are now leaving. It was especially great that you responded so quickly. When we first arrived, there were some minor shortages of bathroom supplies, etc., but you addressed them immediately. Since it's a new house, everything was clean and nice. The location was great and parking was convenient because Aqua Planet and Arte Museum were nearby! I was surprised that the kitchen utensils were almost fully equipped like a real home~~ My child especially loved the loft!^^
