The entrance is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day! 🏥🏪 Amenities Within a 3-5 minute walk: GS25 convenience store, CU convenience store, 7-Eleven Within a 10-minute walk: Starbucks, Mega Coffee, Compose Coffee, Daiso, 500m Gimbap, laundromat. A traditional market and food village are also located nearby, creating a very pleasant environment. Food ingredient marts, Homeplus, E-Mart, and Costco are also located in the vicinity. 🚭 Our building is non-smoking. (*Special cleaning fee (500,000 KRW) for odor removal due to smoking in the room during your stay and forced eviction will be charged.) Consumable items such as towels and toilet paper provided at check-in are for one-time use and will not be refilled. Damages or contamination of property will incur compensation costs. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon check-in.

It was my first time using a short-term rental, and I had a very comfortable stay, just like in my own home. With both balcony doors open, I would doze off on the sofa to the breeze, my laundry would dry quickly, I could hear the fountain across the street, and the bus stop was close by, etc. It was so comfortable that I'm left with a feeling of regret that it's over. Also, since I was renting for a month, I had a lot of luggage, and it was great that I could use the open space in front of the entrance as my own. Anyway, they say leaving home is tough, but...
