This is a fully-equipped room with everything you need. The size is 8 pyeong (approximately 26.4 square meters). Electricity, gas, water, internet, and cable TV are all included. However, if the combined cost of electricity, gas, and water exceeds 100,000 KRW, you will be responsible for the excess amount. All bedding and towels are washed and then high-temperature sterilized and dried in a dryer.

For short-term rentals, consumables such as various bathroom supplies and detergents are not provided. You must bring your own or purchase them at Daiso near Amsa Station. Parking is generally not available. However, if a spot is available on an irregular basis, double parking is possible. Inquiries before booking are essential. Parking is absolutely not possible if you arrive without prior inquiry. A thorough cleaning will be completed before your move-in date. It is a 1-minute walk from Amsa Market. There is a coin laundry on the first floor. Dryers are available for use (for a fee). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and throughout the building's surroundings. This includes electronic cigarettes. The unique smell of conventional cigarettes will linger. If you smoke, your deposit will not be refunded due to cleaning costs.
The tenant is responsible for any amount exceeding 100,000 won per month for electricity, gas, and water combined.
