Located in a residential area, this 3-bedroom unit in a multi-family building (situated on the 3rd floor but easily accessible like the 2nd) is a great-value accommodation 🏡 recommended for both 👪 travelers and business visitors. 🛻 It is just a 5-minute drive to the passenger ferry terminal and within 20 minutes of the 🛩 airport and Yongdam Coastal Road, while Dongmun Market is within a 15-minute walk. With large supermarkets, tourist attractions, and parks nearby, you will have convenient access to all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
✅️ A bus stop (Jeju Girls' Commercial High School) is located within a three-minute walk of the house; since the neighborhood is served by most buses in Jeju City, travelers staying for a month or those commuting to work will find transportation very convenient.
✨️Check-in is contactless; once your booking is confirmed🎊, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ✨️The standard occupancy is 4 adults, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. ✔️There is a fee of 50,000 KRW per week for each additional person, and extra guests can be accommodated upon consultation. ✨️Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00, though times can be adjusted upon consultation🤝.
✨️ As this is a short-term rental, consumable items are not provided; please bring your own or purchase them for use. ✨️ Please make sure to wash the dishes and tidy up the trash before checking out. ✨️ Please be careful, as compensation fees will be charged for any damage to property or staining. ✨️ Indoor smoking 🚬 and pets 🐶🐱 are strictly prohibited. A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected anywhere on the premises, including the balcony 😱, so please strictly observe the no-smoking rule 🤙. (We have actually charged this fee in the past.) ✨️ The property is located in a residential area 🏘; please be considerate of others after 10 PM 🥱.
✅️ Heating: Billed separately only for usage exceeding 30,000 KRW per week (electric heating pads are provided in the living room and bedrooms). ✔️ Hot water and showers 🛁 🚿 are supplied via a gas boiler and are included in the maintenance fee. ✅️ All utility costs—except for heating charges (for usage over 30,000 KRW per week)—are included in the maintenance fee; however, additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage.
I came here for a month-long stay with my child; the location was great, making it easy to visit various places, and the room was clean. Above all, the host was incredibly kind, so we had a completely hassle-free stay. 👍🏻 I’ll likely choose this place again if I visit in the future.
