This spacious studio apartment comes fully furnished and equipped, featuring internet, TV, a large sofa, and a queen-size bed. It includes professional Coway maintenance services for the mattress, state-of-the-art massage bed, water purifier, air purifier, electric cooktop, and bidet. Additional amenities such as an air fryer, cordless vacuum, washing machine, and dryer ensure you have everything needed for daily living. The location is also convenient, situated near affordable cafes and popular restaurants frequented by Sookmyung Women's University students.
Buses to Seoul Station are available. Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station and Namyeong Station are nearby, and the Sookmyung Women's Univ. Library bus stop is just a one-minute walk away.
It is fully equipped with everything you need, including an air fryer, a dryer, and basic cooking utensils.
The management fee is 50,000 KRW per week, and the unit accommodates up to two residents. If the combined cost of electricity, gas, water, and internet exceeds 50,000 KRW per week, the excess amount will be billed separately upon check-out. The management office will notify you of the final settlement by phone.
I really enjoyed my stay here and had a wonderful time in Seoul! The apartment was clean, comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay. The location is very convenient: it's in Yongsan, close to Seoul Station, with easy access to subway and bus lines. Myeongdong, Hongdae, Itaewon, and other central areas are easy to reach. There are also convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and shopping nearby. I also liked the neighborhood itself—quiet and residential, yet very close to central Seoul. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was always easy. I felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again. I definitely recommend this apartment!
