▶️Parking is available for a fee (tenant-level discount applied) and requires prior registration. ⚡️Some vehicles cannot be parked in the mechanical parking system (only up to the size of a Hyundai Tucson is possible). ▶️A cordless vacuum cleaner, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. ▶️Standard garbage bags and food waste bags are provided (one of each per week). ▶️Please be careful not to cause damage or stains. ⚡️Separate charges may apply for damage to fixtures, etc., or stains on bedding (e.g., from food). ▶️Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. ⚡️In case of violation, the security deposit will not be refunded due to cleaning by a professional cleaning company. 💜Please help maintain a pleasant environment for yourself and the next guest!💜
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (However, additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity and gas.)
