We are proud to say that this room is optimized for a month-long stay in Seoul. First, the living room is equipped with a large screen and a beam projector, so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. on a large screen while relaxing. The main lighting and stand lighting in the living room can be adjusted to your desired color and brightness. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality cutting boards and knives, which is a plus if you enjoy cooking. The queen-size bed allows for a very comfortable sleep.

Check-in time is from 15:00. The address is 77 Jungnangcheon-ro, Sangbong Officetel. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. (Self check-in, password will be provided on the day of check-in.) If you need parking, please let us know in advance. You can register your car for parking! (There is an additional fee for parking) - 10,000 won per month This fee is charged regardless of the length of your stay.

Please use all amenities and items with care. (You may be charged for any lost items or damage to the accommodation's facilities.) 1. The Wi-Fi password is @123456789. 2. Please collect your trash and dispose of it in the recycling area on the 1st floor. (Please take out the trash once a week.) - Please put only general waste in the designated trash bag and use the separate recycling and food waste bins for the rest. (The recycling area is available 24 hours a day.) 3. Please use the facilities cleanly, as separate cleaning fees may be charged for property damage or bedding stains! 4. Regarding the deposit: The deposit will be settled one day after check-out (after checking for property damage, bedding stains, etc.). 5. If you have additional guests or visitors, please contact us in advance. As we share the building, please avoid making excessive noise.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. - An additional management fee of 10,000 won per person will be charged for additional guests. (A separate winter management fee will be applied from November to February)
We moved in while our own home was being renovated. It was a great place for our family of three to stay; the owner is clearly meticulous, as the place was spotless, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences.
