(Portable chairs are provided.) - Air conditioning, a washer-dryer tower, a water purifier, and a coffee machine are available. - This is a short-term rental for a workcation, with a desk in the bedroom and Wi-Fi and Netflix access. - 5-10 minute walk to Cheongsapo Beach
- Get off at Jangsan Station on the subway, take exit 5 or 7, and take Haeundae Village Bus No. 2 or 10. Get off at the 'Haewoljeongsa' stop and walk for 3 minutes.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
- The promenade (deck) is well-maintained, allowing you to walk from Haeundae Mipo to Songjeong Gudeokpo. - There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. - It's a quiet residential area where you can experience the charm of the countryside, yet it's close to the city center, so you can use all the surrounding delivery services. - This house has many stairs, so it is not suitable for young children.
