This is a detached country house with a lawn yard. There is a clean and clear Gapyeong Valley right in front. It has a yard and valley view. Both the 1st and 2nd floors can be used as a detached house. It has a large lawn yard. You can enjoy a bonfire and watch the water. ^^ 1st floor: living room/kitchen, deck terrace 2nd floor: large room, deck terrace It is a detached house. TV and Wi-Fi are available. ^^ The TV is only on the 2nd floor. *Check-in at 3 PM / Check-out at 11 AM

Check-in is conducted via non-face-to-face call. The standard number of guests is 2.
The standard occupancy is 2 people. There is a lawn. A cool valley is right in front, and you can enjoy the valley and the water. A fire pit is provided, so you can enjoy a barbecue party and a bonfire. Located in Dumilli Valley, you can see the Dumilli scenery at a glance. It is a place of leisure and romance with the sounds of birds, water, and wind. Private barbecue, terrace, duplex, private yard, valley right in front of the pension.
All management fees will be charged separately upon check-out. You must return the room to its original condition upon check-out. Otherwise, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. Only simple cooking is allowed indoors. Grilling meat or fish that produces strong odors is prohibited. The water fee for a month-long stay using groundwater is 10,000 won. 3,000 won for 1 week

The property really needs proper maintenance from the owner. It is absolutely terrible—far from the "scenic valley" or "charming atmosphere" implied by such descriptions. The deck and door frames were rotting, slippery, and covered in mold and moss; the second-floor terrace door frame was particularly gross. I spent over an hour cleaning with a whole pack of wet wipes just to make it somewhat usable, since I was here on vacation. I just couldn't bring myself to use it in that state. When it rained, the deck's rain cover leaked. The wooden step at the entrance was rotting, so I was constantly worried it might give way under my feet. With more rain forecast and no desire to stay any longer, I checked out three days before my scheduled departure.
It was a really cozy place. I enjoyed the bonfire a lot. The space on the first and second floors was spacious, so I had a good rest without any inconveniences. However, the TV on the first floor was broken, so I couldn't watch TV. Also, the stairs in front of the valley were washed away due to the rainy season, so I went down to the bottom, but my clothes got wet. I want to book again and go around autumn. Host, I had a good rest.
