It is available within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from Yuseong Oncheon Station. (Optimized for single occupancy) It is a 5-minute walk from the main gate of Chungnam National University. It is also a 5-minute walk from Bongmyeong-dong Mad Block Umbrella Street, and there are many restaurants within walking distance (we will provide selected information when you arrive). While you are staying, it is also good to take a light walk or run along the river line with fresh air right in front of the building (1 minute walk), and we are proud to say that this alone makes it an excellent accommodation.
Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Yuseong Oncheon Station. If you are coming from Seoul, it is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the Yuseong Kumho Express bus stop, which departs from Gangnam Central City. Taxis are also available for short distances from Gu-am Station and the Yuseong Intercity Bus Terminal. In addition, there are numerous bus routes around the accommodation, making it an excellent choice for transportation.
Check-in is contactless (door lock) in principle, but in-person check-in is also possible. The photos are examples from the model house, and personal items should be prepared by the guest (discussion is possible if needed). Once your stay is confirmed, we will send you a detailed accommodation guide message on the day of check-in, including the common entrance and door lock passwords. - Room details will be provided separately after contract confirmation. - Shared kitchen is available.
Chungnam National University, Research Complex, and KAIST are nearby. Convenience stores, large supermarkets, laundromats, and 24-hour laundromats are also nearby, making life very convenient.
All utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet) are included in the management fee, but additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity, gas, water, etc.
