It's a quiet and focused atmosphere. I don't have to worry about parking because it's registered, and there's a 24-hour convenience store and restaurant on the first floor, which is convenient. The bathroom is in the hallway, but hardly anyone uses it, so it's not inconvenient at all. I had a pleasant stay. The owner is kind. It would be good for those who want to study or read.
