- This is a 17-pyeong apartment near Cheolsan Station, recently remodeled for the host's newlywed life. - When not booked, it's a clean and cozy space where the host lives and manages directly. - The space consists of one large room that serves as a living room, and one smaller room. The large room has a sofa, desk, and chair, while the smaller room has a queen-size mattress.
- 12-minute walk from Cheolsan Station on Line 7, 2 bus stops away - Easy commute to Yeouido, Gasan Digital Complex, and Guro Digital Complex.
- Up to 3 people can use the accommodation, and additional people beyond the reserved number are not allowed. - Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed. - Use for parties or other events is not permitted.
- This space was recently meticulously decorated in an all-white tone. We would be very grateful if you would treat all facilities and items, including the wallpaper and flooring, with care..! - Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. - As of May 2024, we have equipped the space with new Samsung Bespoke all-in-one washer-dryer, Samsung WindFree air conditioner, Lezen wireless fan, and Xiaomi 65-inch 4K UHD TV. (The TV is currently installed where the beam projector was in the picture) - Any smoking will result in immediate eviction and a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW. - As this is a shared living facility, please maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. (You may be evicted if noise complaints from neighbors occur) - If multiple inquiries are in progress simultaneously, reservations will be confirmed based on the order of completed payments.
- Items included in the management fee will not be charged separately. - If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I had a great stay.
I had a wonderful five-week stay. The apartment was beautifully and neatly decorated, making for a very comfortable experience. The neighbors were quiet, so there was no noise disturbance. The security staff at the building were incredibly kind, and the host was also very friendly, responding promptly to any questions I had. It’s just a short walk to the commercial district, making it easy to get whatever I needed. You can cook without any issues—an induction cooktop is available, and you can simply bring your own rice cooker. The TV is over 70 inches, so viewing was excellent. My family of four had a great time during the interior design period. It was a bit cramped with only one bedroom and a living room, but the kids had fun, saying it felt like they were at a resort. Since it's our usual living area, we could easily access schools and academies. With a washing machine, dryer, and basic living amenities, we had a very comfortable stay. The host also paid attention to the interior materials, making it very easy to clean during our stay!! Thanks to the host's consideration, we were able to handle check-in and check-out smoothly according to our schedule!! Thank you so much~
