- Within a 10-minute walk of Nowon Station (Lines 4 and 7) - As Nowon-gu has been ranked the most livable district in northeastern Seoul, there is an extensive network of bus routes passing through the area.
- The check-in process is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide detailed instructions on the day of your arrival. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Recycling collection takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. - Basic amenities are provided, but we recommend bringing your own personal toiletries. - High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. - You are welcome to watch Netflix using your own personal account.
- A wide variety of amenities, including convenience stores, laundromats, hair salons, Starbucks, pharmacies, and hospitals, are located just steps away. - Across the street, you will find excellent infrastructure, including Lotte Department Store, Paik Hospital, and Nowon Stationery. - Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Excessive use of included amenities may result in additional management fees. If you leave the premises in a clean condition, the cleaning fee—excluding laundry costs—will be refunded after inspection.
