- It features a clean, modern white-toned interior. Having recently undergone remodeling, the space is in pristine condition. - The duplex layout offers high ceilings, creating a spacious and open atmosphere.
- It is a 10-minute walk from Unseo Station. - Parking is not available within the building; please use nearby paid parking lots if necessary (e.g., the street-side parking lot across the street or the Unseo Station public parking lot).
- A separate lease agreement (using an electronic contract) will be prepared. We will provide further details via chat once the booking is confirmed. - Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time: 15:00 - Check-out time: 11:00 - The rate is based on 2 guests; an additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for each extra guest. (* For 3 guests, bedding is provided based on 2 people using the lower bed and 1 person using the upper mattress; additional bedding cannot be provided.) - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. - Please note that we do not accept short-term rental requests for purposes such as filming, due to concerns regarding potential complaints from neighbors.
- Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited; a separate cleaning fee of 150,000–350,000 KRW (charged by a professional cleaning service) will be billed if a violation is confirmed. - Convenient access to nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and various commercial facilities. : Convenience stores (multiple major chains within a 5-minute walk) / Supermarket (Lotte Mart, 5-minute walk) / Bakeries and cafes (numerous options within a 5-minute walk) - Convenient access to major public offices nearby. : A post office, administrative welfare center, police substation (Airport Precinct), and 119 safety center are located right behind the building. - OTT services such as YouTube Premium and Netflix can be accessed via the set-top box using your own personal login accounts (* no accounts are provided *).
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Please note that excessive use of electricity or heating may result in additional charges upon check-out. (We simply ask that you treat the place as if it were your own home.)
