You can also reach Sadang in 30 minutes by subway and Gangnam in under 40 minutes by bus. An airport bus stop is located within a 5-minute walk, making travel to Incheon Airport very convenient.
❗️ Nearby Amenities The building features a convenience store, bakery, and café on the first floor, and a coin-operated laundromat on the third floor. A large E-Mart is just a minute away, and Central Park is right across the street, making it convenient for long-term stays. Wonkwang University Sanbon Hospital is a 5-minute walk away. Step outside to find Sanbon Rodeo Street, giving you easy access to restaurants, hospitals, banks, bars, and anywhere else you might want to go.

I had a relaxing stay for the week. The nearby amenities were excellent, and I really enjoyed the view of the park out front. The condition of the accommodation was great, too.
My husband and I stayed here for about six weeks during the summer, and my brother stayed for another month afterward. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The host was always quick to communicate and respond. The location was fantastic—very close to my father's hospital, in a lovely neighborhood, and within easy walking distance of the station. The view from the apartment was also wonderful, though the windows could have used a good cleaning to fully appreciate it. The listing advertised a dining table, but there wasn't one; we were told the small coffee table was intended for dining, so I purchased a small table and chairs for our stay. The AC was a bit dated and noisy, and we had an issue with a leaking toilet, but the owners responded promptly and sent someone to fix it. Despite these issues, we were very comfortable, and both my husband and I—as well as my brother—enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Korea!
