Parking is convenient and the space is clean.
A bus stop is located a 1-minute walk away, where you can take express buses, city buses, and village buses to Seoul. The Gyeongbu Expressway, Yongin-Seoul Expressway, and SRT Dongtan Station are about a 5-minute drive away.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use them excessively, you may be billed separately.
