Although it is a semi-basement on the floor plan, it is actually on the first floor as the entrance and rooms are located down an external staircase. It is in a quiet residential area and has 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. It has 2 queen beds + 1 single bed (accommodates 4-5 people). Air conditioning and heating are installed in the rooms and the kitchen/living room. Japanese students, exchange students, and short-term visiting professors are welcome. Seoul National University, Sungkyunkwan University, Korea University, Sungshin Women's University, and Hansung University are within 10-20 minutes.
- 5-6 minutes on foot from Sungshin Women's University Station on Line 4 - Bus stop 2 minutes on foot - Line 4 provides direct access to Seoul Station, Yongsan Station, Namdaemun Market, Dongdaemun DDP, etc. - Seoul National University College of Medicine, Korea University, Sungshin Women's University, Hansung University, and Catholic University are 5-10 minutes away by bus - Changgyeonggung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seochon, Bukchon, Jongno, Gwangjang Market, Deoksugung Palace, etc. are 15-20 minutes away by bus
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you important information and instructions on how to use the house via message. - As this is a residential area, please be mindful not to make noise after 9 PM. - Please separate your trash and leave it outside the main gate for collection. - The blue gate is also used by the next-door neighbor, so please do not lock it. - Check-in is at 5 PM, check-out is at 12 PM (subject to change depending on the situation).
- There are many convenient facilities near the house, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, laundromats, hospitals, cafes, and restaurants. - It is good for sightseeing as there are Changgyeonggung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon, Seochon, Seongbuk-dong, and Daehak-ro.
The management fee includes electricity, gas (heating), water, and internet charges. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
There are ants in the small room. Also, sunlight doesn't come in during the day, so it gets cold at night. The small bed in the main bedroom squeaks, so it cannot be used!
