It is close to the bus stop, and the owners are incredibly diligent, keeping the place spotless and making it an excellent place to live. Since the managers live on-site, the maintenance is top-notch. There was an issue upon my initial arrival; due to a communication error between the building manager and the reservation staff, I couldn't move into my booked room immediately and had to spend the first night in a different room before transferring to the one I had originally contracted. I had even confirmed the details a week in advance, so I hope more attention is paid to this aspect in the future. Also, while using my computer, the power was cut off intermittently due to the power management system, resulting in data loss. Although the issue was resolved after I brought it up, it would be helpful if such matters were communicated in advance. I had a great stay for the past month.
