🩵 We’ve significantly lowered the rental rate by removing rarely used amenities—we hope you’ll check it out! 🩵 We are located close to various tourist attractions 10 minutes to Dongpirang / 15 minutes to the Luge and Cable Car, etc. It’s also a great location for visiting Geoje or Goseong (I can share recommendations from a Tongyeong local if you’d like) 🩵 There’s a small mountain right behind the property that’s perfect for a walk 🩵 We’re just 5–7 minutes from the center of Tongyeong making it convenient to enjoy dining and cafes There are plenty of great restaurants nearby! (If you have ground coffee beans, you can relax and enjoy a cup using the coffee machine provided in the kitchen :D) 🩵 Grocery stores like Top Mart and E-Mart are just 3–5 minutes away 🩵 Feel free to use the building's backyard and rooftop It’s a private rooftop just for you! You can even grill meat if you bring your own equipment! It’s a wonderful spot to lie down and gaze at the sky or stars, day or night :) 🩵 If you’re driving, there is parking for one car on the property; additional parking is freely available on the roadside just 30 seconds away or in the open lot in front of the Hyanggyo (local Confucian school) down the road.
