The National Assembly is just across the street, and KBS is right in front. It is a 3-minute walk to Yeouido Park and right next to the Yunjung-ro cherry blossom road. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. There is a convenience store just 30 meters away, and numerous places like Starbucks and various restaurants are nearby. You can walk to IFC and Hyundai Department Store (about a 10–15 minute walk).
Additional management fees may be charged if items included in the management fee are used excessively (e.g., individual electricity costs exceeding 50,000 KRW or city gas costs exceeding 50,000 KRW). For items not included in the management fee (city gas/electricity), any excess usage will be calculated and billed upon move-out.
The location is convenient and it's a clean place to stay. Highly recommended in Yeouido.
