The building is located on the outskirts, so the bus runs only three times a day. We recommend traveling by car.
Check-in is contactless. No smoking indoors/No pets allowed. This is a single room. An additional fee will be charged for each additional person. As it is located in an outlying area, we recommend purchasing any necessary items from a supermarket before you arrive. When going out, please turn off all electricity, heating, and air conditioning. Upon check-out, please dispose of your trash and recyclables in the designated areas near the building entrance. You will be charged for any damage to the room's furnishings.
Due to the recent surge in gas prices, the appropriate temperature is maintained at 22 degrees Celsius, and it may be automatically adjusted if heating exceeds this limit. The bed is equipped with a warm carbon mat that does not generate electromagnetic waves. Please make sure to set it to away mode when you go out. If you excessively use the included items, and if all utility bills exceed 25,000 won per week, you will have to pay the difference. All utility bills are included in the management fee.
