- Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the maintenance fee. (If two or more people stay for even a single day, an additional maintenance fee of 30,000 KRW per week will be deducted from the deposit.)

Thank you. I had a comfortable stay thanks to your help in many ways. I highly recommend this place. It is conveniently located near the station, with a large grocery mart and a large Daiso nearby.
It was great being close to Hogupo Station, Daiso, and the supermarket, but the loud air conditioner and the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointing.
We will strive to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, just like a hotel. ^^
