- It takes less than a minute if you run from Hogupo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line :) - Free parking is available, with ample space extending down to the 4th basement level. - By public transport: - Sinpo International Market: 5 stops / 20 minutes - Songdo Campus Town Station: 20 minutes - Soraepogu: 2 stops / 15 minutes - Oido: 5 stops / 15 minutes - Chinatown: 8 stops / 25 minutes
- You can create your own private cinema experience using the large TV and Google Chromecast. - The table is extendable; details will be provided upon booking. - The check-in process is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Please contact us if you are interested in staying for one week plus a few extra days.
- Toiletries such as shampoo and body wash are not provided. - Resident registration is not permitted. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit (an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if smoking occurs). - The TV supports Chromecast only; terrestrial broadcasting is not available (free Netflix included). - This is a studio unit equipped with a super single-size bed. - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the management fee. (If two or more people stay for even a single day, an additional management fee of 30,000 KRW per week will be deducted from the security deposit.)
