This is a high-end officetel completed in May 2024, a 5-minute walk from City Hall Station. It has a differentiated two-room duplex with a great open view of Seoul. It is recommended for travelers to Seoul Station, Gwanghwamun, and Myeongdong, and for office workers whose workplace is in Jung-gu.
