The location is excellent. The interior is also nice. However, I recommend checking with the landlord beforehand regarding household items and utensils.
I had a great two-month stay. The host is kind and responds promptly. There are plenty of amenities nearby, and the location is great—close to the Han River.
I live abroad, but I'm putting my house in Korea up for sale.
