This is the first occupancy after a recent renovation. Please come and relax in a clean atmosphere~ There is a spacious veranda (4 pyeong) that is not stuffy, and the city view from the veranda brings peace of mind. Even if you live here for a long time, you will not feel stuffy at all. The front is a roadside and the back is an apartment security office, so it is safe for women. The bedding is anti-allergy. You can go to Sinchon via the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail.

Check-in is contactless. Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM (morning) Once your stay is confirmed, we will send you a text message on the morning of your arrival. Smoking and pets are not allowed for the consideration of the next guest.
Nearby convenience stores, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Olive Young are available for shopping, and you can take a walk along the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail (connected to Sinchon). It's cheap because it's an opening special. There's a coin karaoke downstairs. Relieve your stress~

The room was in great condition and the landlord was kind, so I had a wonderful stay.
