- Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. - This is a short-term rental contract for a minimum of one week, not an accommodation. - During peak season (July-August, December-January), an additional fee of 60,000 KRW per week will be charged. (Due to system limitations, it is not possible to set this by period for 33m2, so we are providing this information as an explanation.)
- Haksa Pyeong Sundubu Village is a 1-minute drive away. - The Hi-Fi system in the photo is not working.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee.
I was able to see the wonderful snowy scenery of Ulsanbawi Rock. It is conveniently located for taking the highway.
Everything was ready, so it was as comfortable as my own home. The view of Ulsanbawi Rock was also great.
The owner explained the facilities in detail and was very kind. The accommodation is at the foot of Seoraksan Mountain, so it was very cool in the evening, which was nice.
I grew up as part of Generation X and am raising Generation MZ.
