🏠 A spacious, separate-layout studio (approx. 40m²) located within easy walking distance of Hyehwa Station on flat terrain. ➡️ Situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, making it convenient to move luggage or heavy items. ➡️ Features a spacious kitchen and ample storage space, allowing for a comfortable, home-like living experience. ➡️ Equipped with both a double bed and a super-single bed, as well as a veranda. ➡️ Fully furnished with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, TV, and Wi-Fi. ➡️ Conveniently located near convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and the Daehak-ro area. ➡️ Personally cleaned and maintained by the host, with professional cleaning services for the air conditioner.

I stayed here while caring for a patient at Seoul National University Hospital. It was convenient because it’s just a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a local bus stop right out front. I’ll be coming back to the hospital and plan to stay here again!
