Located with a view of Gwangalli Beach, you can watch the drone show and fireworks from indoors. It has one queen bed, a dining table, chairs, a drum washing machine, a microwave, etc. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
It is a 6-minute drive from Gwangan Station. There is a paid tower parking lot in the building and paid ground parking lots around the building.
Check-in is contactless, and we will send you check-in instructions via KakaoTalk before your arrival. Please be mindful of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise or smoking indoors to prevent any disturbance.
If wallpaper, floors, or other items are damaged or broken, you must restore them to their original condition or pay for the restoration costs separately. Please keep the space clean. If you cancel part of your reservation for any reason after signing a short-term rental agreement for 7 days or more, we will issue a 100% refund for the canceled portion of your stay up to 2 days after the original reservation date (excluding the fee for the actual days used, which is 150,000 KRW per day). The daily rate is 150,000 KRW. Please leave a reservation inquiry for your desired dates, and we will confirm your reservation after checking for availability through other channels.
If the included items are used excessively, resulting in electricity and city gas bills exceeding 200,000 KRW per month, the deposit will be refunded if you deposit the electricity and city gas bills into a separate account.

It was great being so close to Gwangalli Beach and having plenty of restaurants nearby~~ The bed mattress was a little uncomfortable, but the place was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay!
