(Please text us for selective reservations on available dates.) - When inquiring about reservations, please inform us of the number of people and the purpose of your visit. (e.g., business trip, interior design, etc.)
- 10 minutes from Dobong Station (Line 1) and Dobongsan Station (Line 7)
-When the reservation is confirmed, we will send you a notice the day before check-in, and we will also inform you about access. -Access by outsiders other than the person who made the reservation is restricted. -No arbitrary changes/installations of the space and facilities are allowed.
- Nearby supermarkets, subway stations, and shopping centers within the complex provide convenient amenities.
📌 If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. 📌 Gas is for heating costs, and electricity in the summer is for cooling costs. We will bill you after checking the meter usage details. The deposit will be returned after the management fee is paid. 💚 Please be sure to manage your air conditioner cooling and boiler heating energy. 🙏🏼
