It is neat and comfortable to live in.
I'm leaving after a month-long rental stay. I'm leaving a review for those considering moving in. 1. No washing machine - you'll have to go to a laundromat. 2. There's a refrigerator, but you have to play Tetris with the fridge compartment: there are no shelves. 3. The heating isn't warm enough: it gets warm at first, but then it gets cold in the early morning (as of March). 4. No parking: it's difficult to wait for mechanical parking, and to park on the first floor, you'd probably have to arrive by 4 PM. 5. Noise: you'll have to put up with the sound of trains passing by.
I had a good stay for a month. I wish happiness to all those who pass through this place.
