Hello. I am offering a short-term rental (exclusive area of 23 pyeong). It is an older apartment complex currently slated for reconstruction, offering excellent value for money given its prime location. The home features a simple layout without unnecessary decor or furniture, making it easy to keep clean and tidy. The spacious complex grounds are so pleasant that you won't even need to visit a park. Parking is also free.
Lines 9 and 5 are just one or two bus stops away.
Check-in is conducted in person. This is a quiet residential area. You may be asked to leave if complaints arise due to noise disturbances, such as parties or loud behavior. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and anywhere within the complex. (A penalty of 200,000 KRW will be charged if a violation is detected; this applies to e-cigarettes as well.) Please perform basic cleaning (including waste sorting) before checking out.
There is a commercial building right next door. We provide two firm, 5cm-thick queen-size mats and mattress pads; however, we recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets. Please feel free to ask if you need anything else; we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Pets are not allowed, and residential registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
The building uses a central heating system, and heating costs are included in the maintenance fee. Please note that additional charges may apply upon check-out if electricity or water usage is excessive. We kindly ask that you perform basic cleaning (including sorting recyclables) before checking out.
