- We used to live here happily and comfortably with our family, and now we are creating wonderful memories with our children in the countryside. (Please note that the room next to the kitchen is locked as we still have some personal belongings stored there. You are free to use the two open bedrooms, the living room, and the two bathrooms.) - As this is a rental property, please be aware that charges may apply for any loss of or damage to the facilities. - You can enjoy your coffee amidst beautiful flowers in the veranda café area.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply if gas or electricity consumption exceeds the average usage.
This is an excellent place to stay. I am sensitive to smells, but it felt fresh and pleasant—just like home—and the floors were clean and dry. There were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom, and the bedding was clean and neatly arranged, making my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Gwangju.
