This house has recently been completely remodeled with the latest facilities. - This is a well-lit house with a garden view from inside. - The owner's family lives on the upper floor, so any issues that need to be resolved can be addressed immediately. - Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
- It is 3 stops by village bus from Suseo Station (SRT, Line 3, Suin-Bundang Line, GTX A Line). - It is a 10-minute drive to Samsung Hospital nearby. You can use the shuttle from Suseo Station to Samsung Hospital and Severance Hospital. - It is located in a central location for going to Yangjae, Gaepo, Gangnam, Jamsil, Bundang, and Pangyo. - Buses to Daechi-dong Academy Street, Apgujeong-dong, and Samseong-dong COEX are available 3 minutes from the house.
- Pets, smoking, excessive drinking, and parties are not allowed. - There is 1 queen-size bed, 1 super single bed, and 1 single mattress. - A private security system (SECOM) is activated when entering or exiting the front door. - Parking is available for 1 car in front of the house, and public parking lots can be used around the house. - Visits from acquaintances are possible, but overnight stays are not allowed. - Compensation may be claimed for contamination and damage.

It is a good space for treatment and rest. - If you are accompanied by young children, we recommend the nearby Motgol Children's Library, which is famous for its beautiful Hanok library. - It is the place with the best air in Gangnam-gu, and it is a beautiful neighborhood with a rustic landscape of brick houses, where you will feel like you have traveled back in time. - There are fancy officetels in the Segok-dong and Jagok-dong areas right next door, so there are restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes for young tastes. - The kitchen is equipped, so it is convenient to cook. - For those visiting their home country from overseas, it is convenient to tour Seoul and travel to other regions, and you can communicate with the host in English. - It is the best house for those who come to Korea for their children's academies and cultural exchange from overseas to spend a comfortable vacation like their own home. - The clean interior and props will provide guests with comfort and pleasure.
The management fee is set at 10,000 won per day. The management fee includes the private security (SECOM) fee.
