It is a 40–50 minute drive from the airport. You can take Express Bus 102 from the airport, get off at the Hangyeong-myeon Office (Sinchang) stop, and walk for 5 minutes to reach the location. There is also another bus stop right in front of the house.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Maximum occupancy is 4 to 5 people. - For a party of 5, there is an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per night for the extra person. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking, fireworks, and candles are prohibited both indoors and outdoors. - Outdoor barbecues are not allowed. - Cooking outdoors is not allowed. - You will be held liable for damages in the event of a fire caused by outdoor cooking, fireworks, smoking, etc. - Please ensure proper ventilation after cooking indoors.
- The laundry room is a shared facility in a separate area, with designated washing machines. - Please bring your own toiletries, seasonings, laundry detergent, etc. - Professional cleaning takes place after checkout; during your stay, you are responsible for your own cleaning and laundry. - Since no cleaning fee is charged, you must tidy up, dispose of trash, and wash dishes before checking out. - Additional cleaning fees may be charged later if necessary. - Restaurants, bakeries, chicken shops, clinics, the post office, Nonghyup (bank/mart), convenience stores, cafes, etc., are all within walking distance. - Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is a 5-minute drive away. Panpo Port is a 3–5 minute drive away. - Hyeopjae and Geumneung Beaches are a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. You can easily travel to Panpo Port, Wollyeong-ri, and Hyeopjae/Geumneung Beaches by bus. - Come stay in a quiet Jeju village where you can relax, travel, take seaside walks, and enjoy beautiful sunset views over the ocean.
The 10,000 KRW service fee covers only water and internet; additional charges apply for: - Electricity, heating, and hot water, which are settled after check-out. - Repair costs or compensation fees may be charged if the unit is not cleaned upon check-out or if facilities are damaged or lost.
