- This is a clean and well-maintained room. - This is a fully-equipped room with a queen-size bed and a TV. - There is a refrigerator and a washing machine.
- It is right in front of Exit 2 of Campus Town Station and is a 5-minute walk away. - You can take bus 6405 to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house. - You can take bus 330 to Incheon Airport from Campus Town Station.
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
- It is cleaned thoroughly and can be used immediately after moving in. - After the contract expires, please separate and dispose of trash and do basic tidying. - We are not responsible for accidents caused by the guest's negligence. - If you see the room and wish to rent it, you can view it when it is vacant.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and water, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
The location is great and the facilities are well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. It was also nice that the place was thoroughly cleaned before I arrived, so I could use it right away.
