The rent is 300,000 won for the first week, including cleaning and management fees, and then 30,000 won per day. Daily contracts are possible after the first week. Move-in will be conducted in person on the first day. Long-term contract holders can visit for a preliminary inspection in advance. If you contact us after moving in, we will visit immediately. You can contact the host 24 hours a day if needed.

For contracts of 2 weeks or more, there are no utility or cleaning fees. All utility fees are included in the management fee. Costs incurred outside of normal circumstances are the guest's responsibility.
I had a pleasant stay.
I stayed for two weeks. It was a new house, built 3 years ago, where the owner had lived, so it was well-equipped with everything I needed, allowing me to stay comfortably without any shortages. It was a detached house located deep in the mountains, making it the best place to relax with its mountains, forests, trees, and valleys. Hamyang-eup is about 10km away, Inwol is 5km, and Macheon (Jirisan) is about 15km.
I had a good rest.
