If you smoke indoors, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - For safety, CCTV is installed in the entrance hallway. - Outside guests other than the contracted number are not allowed to enter or stay. - Pets are not allowed. If caught, it will be grounds for eviction. - Guests must purchase any items needed in addition to the basic items provided. - Cooking of strong-smelling foods such as fish and meat is not allowed indoors. - An additional special cleaning fee of 500,000 won will be charged for smoking, odors, food smells, etc. - For contracts of 2 weeks or more, cleaning will be done once a week.
