The host is very kind. Their immediate responses and actions to inquiries and requests were a great help to the tenant. However, the condition of the house for short-term rental is considerably worse than the photos. Perhaps because it's a short-term rental, even after the cleaning staff cleans, it's not well-maintained. There's a lot of mold in the laundry area due to condensation (?), and there's also mold in the bathroom, causing a bad smell. The main bed mattress is also severely sagging, making it quite uncomfortable. Overall, it would be good to reconsider the room's condition before renting it out. It was a much more disappointing short-term rental than expected.
