It is south-facing with a night view of Teheran-ro on the 14th floor. The first floor has a queen bed for exclusive use, a spacious closet, and a styler. There are 2 queen mattresses on the mezzanine.
- It is 3 minutes away from Samseong Station. - If you need parking, please contact us in advance. - The surrounding infrastructure is good.
- Check-in can be done non-face-to-face, or face-to-face if assistance is needed. - Smoking and pets are not allowed, and will result in eviction. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a non-smoking room where indoor smoking is not allowed. An additional fine will be charged for smoking.

The living room has a TV, sofa, 6-seater table, 2 chairs, and 2 stools. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and all necessary tableware. Upstairs, there are two queen mattresses with latex toppers and a dining table/desk. A dryer and washing machine are also provided. We will always strive to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
This contract includes maintenance fees.
