4th Floor, Millak Castle Building B, 32-6 Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan From Busan Station: Take Bus 41 (bound for Daeyeon/Namcheon/Millak), get off at Millak-dong Golmok Market, and walk for 3 minutes. From Busan Station: Take Subway Line 1 (bound for Nopo-dong), transfer to Line 2 at Seomyeon Station (bound for Suyeong/Haeundae), get off at Suyeong Station, and walk for 20 minutes. From Busan Station: By taxi, go past Millak Golmok Market and continue for another 150 meters. 5 minutes to bus stop; 20 minutes to Gwangan Station (subway); 30 minutes to Gimhae Airport; 20 minutes to Seomyeon; 20 minutes to Haeundae.
The move-in process is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.

All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested upon check-out in cases of excessive utility usage or severe soiling of items such as bedding.
