📍Please check the usage guide before inquiring or making a reservation. ❗️Please inquire if you plan to stay for more than a week. ▶️️New residence located directly across the street from Sokcho Beach. ▶️Located on the top floor (7th floor) of the building with an open city view. ▶️Standard occupancy: 2 people ▶️Pets are not allowed. ▶️Simple cooking is possible with kitchen utensils and a microwave. ▶️Rooftop with a panoramic view of the East Sea. ▶️Ace double mattress bed (queen size) and sofa bed
▶️ 5-minute walk from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal ▶️ Within 10 minutes by car from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal ▶️ Free parking when registering your vehicle
▶️We will send you a move-in guide when the contract is confirmed. ▶️Bedding replacement and additional replacement of basic supplies are not possible. ▶️Check-in is at 3 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11 AM (please be punctual). ▶️Instead of charging a cleaning fee, we ask that you perform basic cleaning and dispose of trash and separate recyclables upon check-out. ▶️Separate charges will apply for excessive soiling of bedding or damage to fixtures within the accommodation. 📍In the case of subletting for short-term stays, the contract will be immediately canceled, and a penalty of 10 times the accommodation fee will be charged.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore Sokcho. Everything was great, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommended!

The location right in front of the beach is excellent, and the bus terminal is so close that it is very convenient to use public transportation. My parents were very satisfied with the clean facilities and the availability of all necessary amenities.
