Very clean, newly built. The temperature difference between day and night has been severe recently, but the heating works very well. There is a ventilation purifier on the ceiling, so the air circulation is good and it doesn't feel stuffy. Simple cooking is possible. It's a 10-minute walk to Gyodae Station, so transportation is convenient, and there are many good restaurants nearby.
