Relax at the balcony tea table while gazing at the stunning emerald waters of Deungdae Beach. - Accommodates up to 4 guests. (Standard setup is for 2 guests; arrangements for up to 4 can be made upon request prior to check-in.) - Includes 1 double bed, 1 foldable mattress, 1 sofa bed, and additional bedding. - Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube, and kids' accounts are available. - Free on-site parking and EV charging available.
- It is located 3 minutes by car, 11 minutes by bus, or 14 minutes on foot from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal. - It is located 8 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions on the day of arrival. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted.
- There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. - Laundry pods are located inside the shoe cabinet. - Deungdae Beach is right in front, and attractions like Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion, Yeongrangho Lake Trail, and the upper path of Yeongrangho Lake are nearby (within a 5–10 minute walk). Sokcho Central Market and Seoraksan Mountain are also within easy reach. There are also many popular restaurants in the area. - Compensation fees will be charged for any damage or staining of property. (Includes rules against pets and smoking.)
Items covered by the management fee will not be billed separately. (Management fee: Includes all utility costs such as electricity, water, and gas) - For stays of 6 months or longer, management fees are billed based on actual usage.
