I really understood why the price was so low. 1. The jerks in the same building don't seem to grasp the concept of "shared space." Slamming doors is the norm, dumping food scraps straight into the sink is a regular occurrence, and there are even guys who just toss their shoes instead of putting them in the rack (the owner tried to address this, but some people just don't listen). 2. Problems stemming from point #1 just keep piling up. For example, the trash bin fills up in three days, but it only gets emptied every four days, making the situation unmanageable. The owner is doing their best, but... I think it would be better in the long run to just kick out the idiots immediately. I stayed for a month, and the owner was communicative and clearly put in a lot of effort. Maybe my standards are high, but the real problem is the people who lack basic manners. I wish you all the best with your business.

We believed we were maintaining a high standard of living conditions by conducting a one-hour basic cleaning every two days and a four-hour deep cleaning every four days; however, we regret that we fell short of everyone's expectations and will strive to do better. Although our monthly rent works out to just over 10,000 won per day, we are committed to making Sebit Stay a place where you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay!
