Bus stops with various routes and a large supermarket are a 1-minute walk away. Numerous parks nearby, including Noeul Park, Haneul Park, and World Cup Park.

Close to the apartment complex, so it's quiet. A large supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. A convenience store is in the officetel building. It's a quiet residential area at night, but there are CCTVs everywhere, so women can feel safe walking around.
Electricity, gas, water, and internet are all included. If utility bills are excessively high, additional charges may be incurred.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first arrived to find the layout exactly as shown in the photos (since accommodations often look different in reality). 1. I was a bit concerned about potential inconveniences given the length of my stay, but the place was fully stocked with all the essentials, so I had no issues at all. 2. The lack of a major commercial district nearby could be seen as both a pro and a con, but since my main goal was to rest, the quiet atmosphere was definitely a plus. Having a convenience store on the ground floor was incredibly handy, and there was a GS Fresh nearby for when I needed a wider variety of items. 3. I used a mix of my own car and public transportation to get around. There was plenty of parking space, and the host kindly arranged a parking pass for me in advance, which was very useful. For public transport, I traveled to and from DMC Station; there were about five bus routes available, making it very convenient, and the commute took only around 10 minutes from the station. 4. I quickly understood why they are a "Superhost," as they responded promptly whenever I had a question. Thank you. It is clear why there are so many reviews and recommendations. I am truly grateful for a comfortable stay over such an extended period.
