Optimized for comfortable living for one person. It is within walking distance of the popular commercial district of Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong, as well as KAIST, Chungnam National University, and Yuseong Oncheon Station. It is equipped with all amenities, including a 24-hour laundromat, laundry service, convenience stores, and a large supermarket within walking distance, making it convenient. It is also located in a quiet residential area.
There are several bus stops near the house in various directions, and it is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Yuseong Oncheon Station. It is also possible to walk along the stream to Gu-am Station, which has direct access to KAIST, Chungnam National University, Yuseong Kumho Express Terminal for Gangnam Central Terminal, and Incheon Airport. It is very popular with people on business trips from Seoul and international students at Chungnam National University and KAIST.
Contactless move-in is the default, but in-person move-in is also available if you prefer. The photos are examples from a model home. Upon move-in, please bring your own personal items such as bedding (if this is difficult, please consult with us). The house is a south-facing home with a view of the stream, allowing you to experience the beautiful seasonal changes throughout the year. You can also forget your accumulated fatigue for a while by taking a walk along the stream right in front of the building while enjoying the sun. You can also run along the stream for more than 20 minutes while breathing in the fresh air. It has the perfect conditions to make both your body and mind healthy, so I highly recommend it during your stay. You can also take a walk on the small forest path within Chungnam National University nearby and on the wider and deeper mountain trails. As it is near a university town, prices are relatively low, there are many restaurants where you can eat alone, and many of the popular restaurants in Bongmyeong-dong are within walking distance. (I will recommend a few places when you arrive.) Yuseong Oncheon Station and Guam Station are also easily accessible on foot by walking along the stream, and there are many bus stops nearby, allowing you to use numerous routes (you can also easily get to Daejeon Station). Even if you get off the bus from Seoul at Yuseong, it is not far to the accommodation. I actually walk there.
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but if electricity and gas are used excessively, additional costs may be requested upon departure.
The location is fantastic, with a river and a walking path right out front. The manager is also very kind; they provide immediate answers to any questions and really look after you.
