Jincheon Space is neither a standard studio apartment nor a motel; it is a residence specifically designed for medium- to long-term stays. · Structure — An entire detached house operated independently. · Cleanliness — We focus on sterilization, not just basic cleaning. We had zero bedbug incidents even during the nationwide outbreak. · Location — 3 minutes by car from the Innovation City; close to large supermarkets, restaurant districts, and cafes. · Facilities — Kitchen, washing machine, tableware, storage, terrace garden, high-speed internet, TV, CCTV, and fire extinguishers on every floor. When choosing accommodation, you only need to check these three things: hygiene management, parking, and the check-in process. We have taken care of all three. Of course, you don't necessarily have to choose us. 🏃 Jogging & Walking Courses in Chungbuk Innovation City Near Jincheon Space, there are great spots for a casual walk or jog, such as Daehwa Park and the Yangji Stream walking path.
