It was my first time staying in a *gosiwon*... It was disappointing because the room was smaller than expected, the bed creaked, the fridge made noise, it was cold, and the soundproofing was poor. Also, someone else's slippers kept appearing in my designated shoe cubby, and the plumbing broke right at the end.

Regarding the soundproofing—given the central location in Seohyeon-dong, there are limitations beyond our control. Even with concrete walls, it is difficult to ignore even minor noises when trying to sleep. I also regret that you didn't mention the issues with the bed or shoe cabinet; had we known, we would have taken immediate action. I will address these matters now. Finally, I imagine it was very inconvenient when the Bundang Waterworks Office carried out unscheduled water pipe replacements, disrupting the water supply. 1. I checked in late, but there was still hair in the bathroom drain, and there was dust and eyelashes on the bedding. When I contacted the manager, they came about 30 minutes later and said, "It seems the cleaning wasn't finished because we had to leave in a hurry." They then cleaned the drain and changed the bedding. 2. There's a karaoke room right below. You can just think of it as listening to karaoke in your room. I suffered for an hour every night before falling asleep. 3. The location was really good. This means it's close to the subway station and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a street lined with karaoke rooms, entertainment bars, pubs, and arcades, so loud singing all night long is an added bonus.

Since many guests use our facilities, we usually clean multiple rooms simultaneously; it appears that the cleaning for your specific room was overlooked that day. I am truly sorry for the unpleasant experience this must have caused you. As you mentioned, the property is located in the very heart of Bundang. While the location offers excellent infrastructure (with nearby officetel rents exceeding 1 million won), it is unfortunate that noise issues exist.
