This is a co-living house that reopened after remodeling in February 2024. It is operated exclusively for women. The beds, furniture, and fixtures have all been replaced and are new. All facilities in the shared kitchen are available for free. You can use 5 types of ramen, cereal, toast (jam), brewed coffee, curry/jjajang, a washing machine (detergent, fabric softener), a dryer, and an air dresser. This is a mini-room type that uses a shared bathroom/shower room exclusively for Sbaful.
It is a super-station area, a 10-second walk from Seohyeon Station and AK Plaza, and a 10-minute bus ride from Pangyo Station. If you work in Pangyo/Bundang, you can have a life with evenings overnight. Those who come to Pangyo on a business trip can use it very conveniently.
After the reservation is confirmed, check-in will be contactless. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Bedding is provided free of charge (including mattress pad, comforter, and pillow), and if you bring your own, you will receive a 10,000 KRW cashback. After the contract is confirmed, we will inform you of your room number.

Aside from the fact that I could hear singing from the karaoke rooms on the 3rd floor—likely due to poor soundproofing—everything else was great; the room, shower facilities, and kitchen were clean. Since it was a women-only space, everyone was considerate and kept things quiet. I especially loved the ramen machine!
